Diagnostic and laboratory equipment

SonoScape ultrasound with probes for cardiac, Doppler and gynecological examinations; ECG machines; an AED; an EBA 20 laboratory centrifuge; a CULTURA mini incubator; a laboratory scale; a body-weight scale; thermometers and temperature sensors.

Investigational product and study-material storage

The site provides refrigerators and a dedicated area for investigational product (IP) storage with temperature control. Required temperature ranges, equipment availability and capacity are confirmed for each protocol. Additional equipment, including protocol-required freezers, can be purchased or leased by CMM or provided by the sponsor.

Emergency equipment

The procedure room has an emergency medication kit and a cabinet for medical supplies. An AED is also available at the site.

Technical documentation and maintenance

Medical equipment has the required certificates and technical documentation and undergoes regular maintenance inspections.

Rooms

Site rooms: consultation rooms, staff and monitoring workspaces, and participant areas.

Blood collection and protocol-required measurements are performed in the procedure room. Rooms are also available for clinical trial monitors and auditors.

The premises have electronic temperature sensors, round-the-clock CCTV monitoring and alarm systems.

External procedures

Nearby independent providers enable bone densitometry, mammography, cervical cytology, X-ray, CT, MRI, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, other gastroenterology procedures, laboratory tests and specialist consultations. The municipal hospital, urology hospital and gastroenterology center are approximately 500 m away; the Diagnostyka medical laboratory is approximately 100 m away.

Study feasibility assessment

After reviewing the protocol, we assess the availability and suitability of rooms, equipment, storage conditions for investigational products and samples, diagnostics, participant safety arrangements, external procedures and staff.
